Principal, Global Investment Management
Polly Mortimer is a Principal within the firm’s Global Investment Management practice in Korn Ferry’s London office.
Polly specialises in executive search and talent advisory for liquid and illiquid alternatives, including private equity, private credit, hedge funds, infrastructure, renewable energy and real assets. She has a track record in completing investment, distribution and functional searches with alternative asset managers, traditional asset managers and family offices.
As part of Korn Ferry’s broader Impact Investing practise, Polly has specialised in sustainability and ESG within private markets, having worked with several clients on climate, impact and decarbonization searches for both existing and newly formed funds. This has included CEOs, CIOs, Advisors and Client Relationship Managers.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Polly worked at a financial services boutique covering Hedge Funds with specialism in global macro and liquid fixed income strategies.
Polly’s previous experience was at a leading capital markets boutique firm completing high level assignments within rates, credit and FX across sales, trading and strategy across EMEA, Asia and North America.
Polly graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages from the University of Exeter. As part of her degree, she spent one year studying at L’Université de Toulon, France, and La Universidad de Murcia, Spain.
