Polly Mortimer

Principal, Global Asset Management & Alternative Investments Practice

Polly Mortimer is a Principal within the firm’s Global Investment Management practice in Korn Ferry’s London office. 

Polly specializes in Alternative Investments with a particular focus on distribution and investment searches for private equity, infrastructure, private credit, secondaries and hedge funds.

As part of Korn Ferry’s Family Office practice, Polly has worked extensively with Family Offices across Europe and the Middle East, supporting their organizational and talent needs. Her experience has included the hiring of C-suite executives, non-executive directors, and senior investment professionals.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Polly worked at a financial services boutique covering hedge funds with specialism in global macro and liquid fixed income strategies.

Polly’s previous experience was at a leading capital markets boutique firm completing high level assignments within  fixed income across sales, trading and strategy. Polly has executed searches across EMEA, Asia and North America.

Polly graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages from the University of Exeter. As part of her degree, she spent one year studying at L’Université de Toulon, France, and La Universidad de Murcia, Spain.
