Rahul leads the Financial Officers Practice at Korn Ferry in India. 

Rahul partners with organizations across industry sectors to hire fit-for-purpose Finance Executives enabling them to deliver on their strategic ambition. He specializes in CFO appointments and their direct reports including, but not limited to, divisional/regional Finance heads, leads for FP&A, Reporting, Financial Control & Accounting, Internal Audit, Tax, Treasury, M&A and Investor Relations. His work spans across public and private companies as well as private-equity backed firms.

Rahul leverages his vast experience to provide a full range of solutions to clients – from strategic search services, competency-based assessments, high-potential leadership development programs to one-on-one coaching, and succession planning.

Rahul is a trusted advisor and sparring thought partner to C-suite executives and business leaders. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he spent nearly two decades at top-tier management consulting firms. He was a Managing Director at Accenture Applied Intelligence where he led the design and go-to-market play for CFO offerings. As a Senior Director at Bain & Company, he was responsible for incubating, scaling and accelerating Bain’s portfolio of proprietary data assets. At McKinsey, he led global teams to produce cutting-edge research & proprietary data solutions, and drive innovation in product development & delivery.

Rahul completed the Accelerated Development Program (India) from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Previously, he earned his MBA and Bachelors in Commerce from University of Delhi.
