Reena has ~10 years of experience in the search industry, providing human capital consulting for privately- held and publicly-traded clients.  This includes high-growth private equity backed entrepreneurial, middle- market, and large multi-national organizations at scale. She is passionate about recruiting individuals that deliver transformational results to companies through a superior ability to align and optimize people, processes, and programs in a holistic way within the finance function, to include accounting, audit, tax, treasury, investor relations, corporate development, & M&A, among others.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Reena was a Senior Associate at a boutique search firm. There, she was instrumental in helping to build teams for the "Office of the CFO", placing top talent across both the accounting and finance functions on behalf of numerous clients. Prior to entering the field of recruiting, Reena made a transition out of dental school.

Reena received her Bachelor’s degree in Pre-medical Studies and Finance from the University of Albany, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She is a Mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America in the local community for Philadelphia and serves as Korn Ferry’s Chair of the Culture and Community Committee for the Philadelphia region.
