Reena Patel is a Principal in the Global Financial Officers and Healthcare Services Practice Groups for Korn Ferry, based in the Philadelphia region.

With over 12+ years of experience in search, Reena Patel serves as a strategic partner within Korn Ferry’s Financial Officers and Healthcare Services Practice Groups, where she specializes in placing senior finance executives, most notably CFOs, across founder-led, middle market private equity-backed, and large companies at scale within healthcare organizations.

Reena is known for her insight-driven, relationship-first approach to executive search. She helps clients build world-class finance teams that drive growth, transformation, and long-term value creation. With deep expertise spanning accounting, FP&A, investor relations, M&A, and broader CFO infrastructure, Reena partners with companies at inflection point, from rapid scale and restructuring to IPO readiness and leadership succession.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Reena spent several years at a boutique search firm, where she focused on building out the “Office of the CFO” across both public and private companies.

Earlier in her career, she transitioned from a pre-dental track to executive search, integrating her healthcare foundation with a strong financial lens to support clients navigating complex change.

Reena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-medical Studies and Finance from the University at Albany, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is an active mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and currently serves as Chair of Korn Ferry’s Culture and Community Committee for the Pennsylvania region.
