Prior to Korn Ferry, Rick was a Business Development Executive at a data analytics and consulting services firm. He has significant experience identifying strategic opportunities, understanding and anticipating client needs and working with organizations to create and deliver solutions. Rick has developed and managed strategic client relationships across various industries including financial services, industrials, healthcare, life sciences, aerospace & defense and consumer products.
Rick has an established track record of both designing and driving the execution of go-to-market strategies. He creates and delivers long term value for clients by taking a client centric approach to building relationships across lines of business to analyze organizational needs from various perspectives to deliver comprehensive solutions. Rick’s results-oriented approach paired with his collaborative nature make him an integral part of our firm.
Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
