Mr. Craig partners with clients across sector verticals including industrials, energy, power and utilities, and renewable energy / clean tech. His clients range from Fortune 500 organizations to portfolio companies of leading private equity firms, with a focus on talent assessment, development and recruiting, as well as identifying optimal leadership strategies for growth companies managing through a transformation or seeking to successfully scale a platform.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Craig worked with another global executive search firm.

Earlier in his career, he spent over 20 years in the energy and power sector.  As chief financial officer for two private-equity backed renewable energy companies, Lincoln Clean Energy and Wind Capital Group, Mr. Craig led initiatives for significant growth and successful exits. Previously, he held leadership roles in the Energy and Power investment banking groups at Banc of America Securities, Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers where he was responsible for the origination and execution of strategic advisory, M&A and capital raising transactions. Mr. Craig started his career as a Certified Public Accountant in the audit practice at Price Waterhouse.

Mr. Craig earned his MBA in finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and his BBA in accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
