Robert Frisinger

Senior Client Partner, Head of  Financial Officers Practice Germany

Robert Frisinger is a Senior Client Partner of Korn Ferry International and a leads our Financial Officers Practice in Germany. He is located in our Hamburg office.

Robert is an active member of Korn Ferry’s CFO Practice in EMEA, advising Corporates and Private Equity Investors in finding the best candidates across all industry sectors.

He focuses on conducting search assignments within the CFO and Corporate Services space. These include finance leadership positions like CFOs, Regional and Divisional Finance Directors and (S)VPs in Controlling, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Tax, Corporate Development, Audit, Risk Management and Investor Relations.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Robert has been with another international search company as well as with an executive search boutique, where he was part of the management team. For 20 years he has been delivering executive search assignments with special focus on the CFO agenda and has been placing senior finance leaders within industrial and the consumer goods market. Furthermore, Robert was the Co-Founder of an online marketplace startup which he and his partners successfully grew and then sold to a strategic investor in 2017.

Robert studied International Business and received a degree as Master of Science (MSc) from the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands.
