Rob is recognised for his expertise in executive assessment and development, CEO and C-suite succession, leadership transformation, and senior team effectiveness. He has led large-scale organisational and cultural transformation programmes across financial services, private equity, consumer, energy, and sports sectors, working with organisations including Partners Group, UBS, Standard Chartered, Ferrero, Aviva, MUFG, Bank of Ireland, NatWest Group, National Grid, ESB, and Liverpool FC.
His recent work includes shaping enterprise-wide leadership and culture transformation agendas, advising on CEO and executive succession strategies, designing performance and organisational capability frameworks, and leading critical business transformation initiatives in highly regulated and rapidly evolving markets. He also advises executive teams on operating model effectiveness, organisational capability, and leadership performance, while coaching senior leaders through periods of significant change and growth.
