Senior Client Partner, Global Account Lead
Roberto Zimmermann is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry's Global Financial Services Practice, based in the Zurich office. He is responsible for the servicing of Marquee & Regional Clients with a strong focus on the banking industry.
Roberto has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services sector in digital transformation, CFO topics, investment management, sales, compliance and large program management.
He joins from a global consulting firm where he was a member of the Swiss management team and led several international and national digital transformation projects as a client partner.
Previously, he worked for a Swiss regional bank where he was Head of Retail Banking and Head of the Digital Board. He started his career at UBS. He was Head of Controlling for Latin America, Head of Division Controlling Wealth Management & Swiss Bank and later CFO for Switzerland as Managing Director.
Roberto holds an Executive Master in Corporate from the Finance Institute of Financial Services Zug. He completed numerous continuing education courses in coaching, change management, organizational consulting, and leadership at the Institute for Applied Psychology in Zurich.
He speaks German, English, French and Italian.
