Senior Client Partner, Global Account Lead
Roberto Zimmermann is a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry's Global Financial Services Practice in Zurich, where he serves as the Global Account Leader responsible for international Banking and Private Equity clients.
His career has been centered on Digital Transformation, CFO topics, Investment Management, Sales, Compliance, and large Program Management. He has overseen numerous international and national Transformation Projects.
Roberto began his career at UBS, holding positions such as Head of Controlling for Latin America, Head of Division Controlling Wealth Management & Swiss Bank, and later as Managing Director and CFO for Switzerland. He then transitioned to a Swiss Bank, where he served as Head of Private Clients and Head of the Digital Board.
He holds an Executive Master's degree in Corporate Finance from the Finance Institute of Financial Services Zug (IFZ) and has pursued additional training in Coaching, Change Management, Organizational Consulting, and Leadership at the Institute of Applied Psychology (IAP) in Zurich.
Fluent in German, English, French, and Italian, Roberto is deeply passionate about driving Change and Innovation in the Financial Services sector.
