Roberto Zimmermann is a seasoned executive and Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Global Financial Services Practice, based in Zurich. He holds global responsibility for Korn Ferry’s most strategic Financial Services accounts, partnering with leading Banks, Insurers, Fintechs, and Private Equity firms to drive transformation and growth.

With a career spanning large-scale account management, digital transformation, CFO advisory, investment management, compliance, and program leadership, Roberto has successfully led complex international and national transformation initiatives across the Financial Services and Private Equity sectors.

Roberto held senior leadership roles at UBS, including Head of Controlling for Latin America, Head of Global Division Controlling Wealth Management & Swiss Bank, and Managing Director & CFO for Switzerland. 

He later served as Head of Private Clients at a Swiss bank and as Managing Partner at a global consulting firm, where he specialized in digital transformation and regulatory compliance.

Roberto holds an Executive Master’s in Corporate Finance from the Finance Institute of Financial Services Zug (IFZ) and has completed advanced programs in Leadership, Change Management, Organizational Consulting, and Coaching at the Institute of Applied Psychology (IAP) in Zurich. He completed a Board program of the Swiss Board School, equipping him for governance and board-level responsibilities.

Fluent in German, English, French, and Italian, Roberto is recognized for his ability to shape strategy, lead change, and foster innovation in the global Financial Services industry.
