With a 25-year career as an executive, Rodrigo has specialized in Executive Search, standing out as a leader in the practices of Consumer, Retail, and Financial Services. His international experience spans the United States, Peru, and Europe, where he has lived and worked, bringing a global perspective to his leadership approach.

In addition to his career as a consultant, he has also been a leader of multinationals where he has developed knowledge and experience to contribute to his projects, sharing a business perspective close to his clients.

Rodrigo has also worked in the Retail sector focusing on operations and management of large teams, which gives him knowledge that he shares with his clients in leadership projects, organizational efficiency, and processes.

Finally, Rodrigo has an entrepreneurial profile, coming from his own boutique of Executive Search that he launched and led as part of his professional career; it was his third startup after having successfully been part of launching 2 multinationals previously in the Peruvian market.

He graduated in Hospitality Management from USIL in Peru, then specialized in Hospitality Strategic Management at Cornell University – New York and was part of an International Management program at Disney University - Orlando. Finally, he completed an MBA at FUNDESEM in Spain.
