Sara Panarese is a core member of Korn Ferry’s Global Financial Officer Practice based out of the Firm’s Philadelphia office.
Sara has broad executive search experience, serving a range of client organizations across industries. She execute searches for senior-level finance roles, including Chief Financial Officers, Treasurers, Chief Accounting Officers/Corporate Controllers, FP&A leaders, IR heads, Internal Audit leaders, and other divisional finance executives. Sara has also been involved in multiple succession planning and executive assessment and development projects.
Sara works with public and private, large cap and middle market clients across a diverse industry set, including consumer, industrial, financial services and business services.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Sara worked in the Financial Services Practice for another of the world’s top executive search and leadership advisory firms. She supported executive and board searches within banking, fintech, consumer lending, asset management and private equity.
Before moving into search, Sara began her career working as a client data analyst at a healthcare technology company.
Sara holds an undergraduate degree in Business and Integrated Global Studies from The University of Virginia.
