Scott A. Coleman is a member of the Firm's Global Technology Practice focusing on senior level talent acquisition complex organizational transformation and succession management.

With more than two decades of operating experience in the technology industry, Mr. Coleman's area of expertise includes telecommunications, unified communications, mobility and software.

He works with boards and executive management teams helping them align their talent needs to their business strategy. This encompasses a wide spectrum of client services from assessing executive leadership capabilities and competencies, conducting board strategic alignment projects, building succession management and generational leadership development strategies, to executive recruitment.

The scope of his work the extends across the entire value chain and includes strategy, product development, service delivery, operations and supply chain and general business management. Over the past several years, Mr. Coleman has focused on high-growth and disruptive companies providing technology services in the start-up, mid-cap and enterprise markets.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2004, Mr. Coleman spent more than 20 years in the technology industry. His operating experience was developed in senior leadership and general management roles at Apple Computer, Inc., Philips Electronics, NV and the Microsoft Corporation. After departing Microsoft in 2001 and prior entering the world of management consulting, Mr. Coleman was the CEO of SciTrek, a non-profit science education organization focused on educating children.

Mr. Coleman earned a bachelor of science degree from Niagara University. In addition, he attended the executive management program at the London Business School sponsored by Apple Computer, Inc.
