Sebastian is a Managing Partner at Korn Ferry, based in Frankfurt, Germany, and a member of the Global Real Estate Practice as well as the CEO & Board Practice.
He brings more than 15 years of experience in executive search, with a strong track record in placing senior executives across the C-suite and other business-critical leadership roles.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Sebastian held a senior role at a leading global executive search firm, where he was globally responsible for Real Estate and covered a broad range of adjacent sectors including Asset Management, Wealth Management, Private Capital, Hedge Funds, Family Offices, Infrastructure, and other alternative investment asset classes.
Sebastian has deep expertise across the entire real estate value chain, particularly at the intersection with private equity. He has advised on and successfully completed a high number of senior-level and board appointments within the real estate sector, working closely with a broad range of high-profile executives and industry leaders.
He is also co-author of the book *Future Perspektiven: Denkanstöße für verantwortliches Handeln*, which explores forward-looking leadership styles.
