



Serena Jones is a Senior Client Partner based in Korn Ferry's London office.
Ms. Jones works with a diverse range of clients, across a number of geographies and sectors, including financial services, utilities, engineering, manufacturing and FMCG. Recent projects include advice and support on restructuring and integration post-merger for a number of organisations, development of job family modelling projects and leading large consultancy teams to deliver global grading projects, including a review of senior critical roles. She has also worked on large scale transformation programmes re-shaping the organisation looking at workforce levels and role clarity to deliver improved more joined-up services for lower cost.
Ms. Jones is passionate about turning business strategy into results and has deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, organization design and change management and has a broad understanding of complex and regulated sectors. She has significant experience of the application of Korn Ferry tools and methods to meet a diverse range of needs in a broad range of clients.
Ms. Jones leads Korn Ferry's relationship with a number of key multinational clients working in partnership with them and offering them a broad perspective of the people issues they face whilst demonstrating a thorough understanding of their specific organizational challenges.
Ms. Jones holds a BEng (Hons) and an MSc in work design and ergonomics from the University of Birmingham.
