An executive search professional with over a decade of global experience, he delivers search and advisory projects for Technology leadership. His clients include global banks, hedge funds, asset and wealth managers and insurers.

Simon’s experience spans functional technology leadership roles in Financial Services including Heads of Technology (CTO, CIO), Engineering, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Data with an emphasis on leaders who unlock business value through technology transformation. Much of his recent work has been focused on hiring world class talent from outside the financial sector to drive modern engineering practices, product management, cloud, data and automation at scale.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2021, Simon served as a Consultant and Director of a global executive search firm where he spent seven years in New York and two in London.

Simon graduated from University College London with a bachelor’s degree in history and French.
