Simon has almost thirty years’ executive search experience working in global firms and financial services boutiques, recruiting C-suite executives and Board roles across all sectors of financial services. In addition to leading financial services for the firm in Ireland across Korn Ferry’s business lines, he also partners with colleagues in the UK on financial services searches, particularly in the corporate governance functions (risk, legal, finance and compliance).

Simon holds a law degree from the University of Sheffield, and a post-graduate qualification in Management Practice from the University of Ulster. After completing academic training as a lawyer in the UK, his early experience included working as a legal editor for a publishing company and as a consultant for a legal recruitment company in London, before moving to Ireland and into executive search in 1995.
