Stephan Veen

Stephan has been leading a wide range of C-level and board searches as well as leadership advisory projects for clients across the financial landscape, including banking, insurance, pension funds, asset management, fintech, and private equity for over a decade.

Stephan advised clients on critical leadership appointments, drawing on his deep industry expertise and global network to connect clients with strong leaders.  

Stephan is known for his ability to build strong, lasting relationships in complex stakeholder environments and for his passion for developing people and high-performing teams.

Stephan joined the executive search profession following 20 years in the banking sector at Rabobank, where he held various senior-level roles in investment banking and corporate clients.  

Stephan began his career as a professional field hockey player and is a two-time gold Olympic medallist.

Stephan holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

He is fluent in Dutch and English and has conversational proficiency in German.
