Ms. Buckles brings over 15 years of executive recruiting experience overseeing the recruitment and sourcing strategy of candidates for clients in a breadth of markets, working for Fortune 500, private equity and family owners.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Buckles was with another leading global executive search firm. Previously, she was with a regional boutique leading the executive search practice. Ms. Buckles began her executive search and HR consulting career at Blackman Kallick & Bartelstein, the tenth largest public accounting and consulting firm in Chicago. Over her career, Ms. Buckles has conducted searches for a diverse list of clients, including EVRAZ Steel, Fortune Brands, Pulte Homes, North American Breweries, Hanesbrands, Lennox International, totes>>ISOTONER and CHS.

Before her career in executive search, Ms. Buckles worked with renowned custom textile and home furnishings organization, J. Robert Scott.

A native of St. Louis, Ms. Buckles earned a Bachelors degree from The University of Missouri - Columbia. In addition, she studied in London at the Imperial College of Science & Technology and completed her Spanish studies in Mexico at the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara.

Ms. Buckles is an Associate Board Member for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois, a non-profit organization that grants the wishes of children with life threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy.
