Mr. Nobre has more than 20 years of experience in designing and facilitating initiatives related to culture, strategy, and leadership.
He served small, medium and large organizations, with Boards and Executive Committees in a huge variety of business and organizational challenges.
He has experience in 20 sectors and has worked in 15 countries.
Prior to Korn Ferry he was a Partner of an Advisory Firm specialized at organizational culture management. He has also worked as an independent consultant for many years.
His keys strengths are: combines business knowledge with human sensitivity, having a systemic understanding (“big picture”) of client situations; is a good listener and easily establishes rapport; applies expertise on how people learn, considering cognitive, social, emotional and physical needs; challenges clients’ status quo whenever necessary and excels in helping teams to achieve consensus.
He and approaches every situation – especially very tough ones – with excitement and energy.
Tácito has a B.Sc. (1993) and M.Sc. (1998) in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic School at the University of Sao Paulo (Poli-USP)
He is a native speaker in Portuguese. Fluent in English and has good knowleges of Spanish.
