Tarun Inuganti is a Senior Client Partner of Korn Ferry's Technology Sector where he leads executive-level digital technology and other functional technology leadership searches across industries.

Tarun brings an established track record of helping organizations attract differentiated technology leaders that help elevate the role of technology in the C-suite as well as the board for competitive advantage. With a global mindset having lived and worked on 3 continents, Tarun specializes in helping organizations drive technology-enabled global business transformation and works as a thought partner on digital transformation, organization design and technology led disruption. He combines his entrepreneurial background, global experience and talent focus into a tailored advisory approach. Recent client work has included the recruitment of technology/digital focused board members; Chief Digital, Information & Data Officers; Technology & Digital operating partners for PE firms and strategy consulting firms.

Based in San Francisco, Tarun has over 20 years of executive search experience. Tarun most recently spent three years in London leading Spencer Stuart's Global Technology Officers Practice for EMEA. Previously, he spent over 15 years in California as a key founder of Spencer Stuart's Global Technology Officers Practice with a portfolio of work that covers fast moving technology companies; well established global brands and portfolio companies of leading private equity firms. Tarun's recent clients have included: McKinsey, Sequoia Capital, Shell, Boston Consulting Group, Facebook, Phillip Morris International, LAM Research and The Walt Disney Company, among others.

Prior to entering the leadership services industry, Tarun was a successful entrepreneur having seen three distinct companies through their founding and eventual exit. He leverages this entrepreneurial mindset to help organizations explore creative and pragmatic solutions for their leadership needs.

Tarun holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Madras and an MBA in international business from The Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
