In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Tarun leads executive-level searches for technology, board and other functional technology leadership searches across industries. He brings an established track record of helping organizations attract differentiated technology leaders that help elevate the role of technology in the C-suite as well as the board for competitive advantage.

Tarun previously spent 16 years in Silicon Valley at another large Global Advisory Firm including three years in London building and leading their EMEA Technology Practice.

With a global mindset having lived and worked in Asia, North America and Europe, Tarun specializes in helping organizations drive technology-enabled global business transformation and works as a thought partner on digital transformation, organization design and technology led disruption. He combines his entrepreneurial background, global experience and talent focus into a tailored advisory approach.

Prior to entering the leadership services industry, Tarun was a successful entrepreneur having seen three distinct companies through their founding and eventual exit. He leverages this entrepreneurial mindset to help organizations explore creative and pragmatic solutions for their leadership needs.

Tarun holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras, India and an MBA in international business from The Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, California.
