Toby is a specialist in Risk, Compliance/Regulation and Financial Crime and focuses on the appointment of senior professionals within these functions across Financial Services and other industry sectors including Professional Services/Consulting.
With over 20 years' experience in search, Toby brings deep experience in these sectors. He has developed a strong track record of delivering challenging mandates from technical specialists to Executive Board level hires and operates domestically and internationally.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Toby was the Managing Director of a leading search boutique, leading all aspects of the business. He has also previously been a business owner and founder, so operates with real commercial acumen.
Toby earned a degree in Management Studies from Surrey University.
