Todd Jackson is the longest-serving Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Toronto office and a member of the Firm’s Global Industrial Market, specializing in energy, construction, engineering, manufacturing, distribution, and mining sectors. In addition, Mr. Jackson founded and leads Korn Ferry’s Global Cannabis Practice.
Since joining Korn Ferry in 2007, Mr. Jackson has leveraged his extensive experience to deliver executive-level search solutions across diverse industries and functions.
In addition to his client work, he plays a leadership role within the Toronto office, mentoring colleagues and contributing to Korn Ferry’s thought leadership initiatives in the industrial market.
Prior to Korn Ferry, he spent four years with another global executive search firm where he led senior-level assignments spanning a wide range of sectors. Earlier in his career, Mr. Jackson worked in Vancouver’s financial services industry.
With over two decades in executive search, Mr. Jackson has successfully executed numerous senior-level engagements, including placements for Board Directors, Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Senior Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing, and senior Human Resources leaders. His track record includes recruiting top executives for some of North America’s most prominent organizations as well as for their international operations.

Mr. Jackson holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Victoria and a postgraduate diploma in broadcast journalism from Sheridan College. He is regarded as a trusted advisor and industry expert, consistently helping organizations navigate complex leadership challenges.
