Target group
This 1-day training is available for HR professionals working with the Korn Ferry Hay method for job evaluation in their organization. Successful completion of the Introduction to Job Evaluation training by Korn Ferry and experience in evaluating jobs is required to be able to join this Masterclass.
Description
Participants will acquire enhanced insights on the advanced applications of the job evaluation methodology in an integrated HR strategy.
This training will cover the following elements:
- A refresh of the main principles of the Korn Ferry Hay Methodology for Job Evaluation;
- The impact of organization strategy and operating models on Job Evaluation;
- Job Evaluation macro analysis: How to use your Job Evaluation lines to diagnose or predict organizational health;
- Job Evaluation as a non-biased tool to be compliant with the EU Pay Directive;
- The importance of appropriate governance: Maintenance procedures, Unions, Grading committees, and Communication.
The interactive and comprehensive course content will leave you capable and confident. You can also put your questions to experienced Korn Ferry experts and share insights with your peers.
