Alexander Hasenberg

Alexander partners with organizations across sectors, with a particular emphasis on financial services and industrial businesses, including listed companies, foundations, family-owned businesses, and private equity-owned firms. As part of Korn Ferry’s Private Equity Practice, he advises investors and portfolio companies on leadership and organizational matters across the investment lifecycle.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Alexander spent over four years at Danske Bank, Denmark’s largest bank, where he held various management roles, ultimately serving as Advisor to the Group CEO. In this role, he worked closely with the CEO and other senior executives in the bank during a time characterized by constant change.

Before his tenure at Danske Bank, Alexander worked in another global executive search firm. His experience encompasses executive search, leadership assessment, and advisory services, having successfully completed numerous searches across different industries.

Alexander holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, with additional studies at Harvard University in Boston and Stanford University in California.

He is fluent in Danish and English and is conversant in the Scandinavian languages.
