Ann works with a broad range of organizations, including commercial and consumer banks, credit unions, payments companies, fintechs and specialty finance businesses. Ann partners with boards, Chief Executive Officers and senior leadership teams to recruit executives across finance, commercial and retail banking, credit and risk, strategy, transformation and other key functions.
Ann also brings deep expertise in senior finance leadership. Her work includes searches for Chief Financial Officers, Chief Accounting Officers, Corporate Controllers, Treasurers, Heads of Financial Planning and Analysis, and other divisional and enterprise finance executives.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ann built her career in banking, payments and corporate development. She began her career in investment and corporate banking at Citi and Barclays. During her ten years at American Express, she was part of the leadership team that built the company’s small business organization and led a regional division. She later held a corporate development role with a private equity backed company.
Ann earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
