Mrs. Kealy partners with Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officers to build best-in-class teams by recruiting for all senior-level finance positions, including Chief Financial Officers, Chief Accounting Officers, Corporate Controllers, Treasurers, Tax leaders and division finance executives.

Throughout Mrs. Kealy’s tenure at Korn Ferry, she has led several prominent engagements across the financial services, technology, consumer, and retail sectors. She has served a diverse client base, ranging from Fortune 100 to private equity backed portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Anne was a member of the Financial Officers practice at a major retained search firm.

She started her career in Equity Research at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, where she concentrated on the Mortgage Finance Sector.

Mrs. Kealy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Bucknell University.
