Mr. Reichman brings more than 25 years experience in executive search, talent and human capital management across multiple industries. As a Senior Client Partner, he is a core member of the Firm's Financial Officers Center of Expertise.
Throughout Mr. Reichman's career, he has led prominent recruiting engagements across a diverse array of industries and geographies and has extensive experience and financial officer search expertise within the financial services industry including investment, commercial and consumer banking, asset management and alternative investments, financial technology, insurance, private equity, and real estate. He also has deep experience recruiting senior talent for government-sponsored enterprises. Mr. Reichman focuses exclusively on senior level searches such as chief financial officers, corporate controllers, chief accounting officers, treasurers, business unit finance leaders, FP&A heads, general auditors and tax executives. In addition, he conducts searches in risk and compliance.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Reichman was a Partner for another international executive search firm. Previously he also served in leading Human Resources roles at GE Capital, Time Inc., and UBS.
Mr. Reichman graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Communications and earned his Master of Public Administration from New York University's Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
