Mr. Sater brings extensive in-depth knowledge of the region and its workings with a track record of helping clients with their Human Capital matters.

He brings more than 25 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Consulting with International Blue-Chip Companies across industries such as FMCG, Manufacturing, Government, Transportation, Consulting and Energy.   

Prior to joining the Firm, he held the position of General Manager HR & Administration for a National Oil Company.  Before going back to the Corporate world, he worked with two other global search firms beginning his Search Career in London within Financial Services covering the MENA region and India while positioning them as market leaders. 

Mr. Sater spent the early part of his career with Unilever working with Brands such as Lipton and Wall's, having started as a Management Trainee and progressing to Head HR for the Gulf.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) in Saudi Arabia.  He serves on several Boards and advises a few others as a subject matter expert on Human Capital.
