Amit has worked extensively in India, Middle East and ASEAN helping build future ready organization structures at the intersection of products, markets and functions. He has led large scale organization re-structuring interventions driven by key drivers like mergers, market expansion, business line consolidation and cost reduction. Amit brings business and operating model understanding of key industries like – BFSI, Industrial, Consumer Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Energy.
Amit has held senior roles in the consulting practice and people analytics function with global technology and professional services firm. Amit is a Postgraduate (MBA) from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and holds Bachelors in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi.
