Andrew is an Executive Senior Partner with Korn Ferry in the Human Resources Professional Search COE. Successful from the start, Andrew was promoted twice in under three years, first to Senior Partner and then Executive Senior Partner.
Andrew consistently ranked among the top 10 recruiters in the HR COE, and last year finished in the top 5. He has been recognized as a repeat winner of the company’s prestigious President’s Club award, Sterling Club award, Gold Club award, and Sales Conferences.
Andrew has built a strong executive network in human resources across the western United States. As an experienced executive career coach and client advisor, Andrew is adept at providing impeccable career advice and sound business guidance to clients and candidates. He’s become a trusted partner to the people in his network. Andrew has placed strong HR leaders in top-seat positions with companies in the Technology, Entertainment, Media, Manufacturing, and Construction sectors.
A natural connector, Andrew leverages inherent skill at finding the right fit passive candidates and diligently works to pair like-minded clients and candidates together, in turn positively impacting organizations and individual careers.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Andrew worked in a non-profit helping to place military veterans into civilian careers. He also consulted as an Executive Coach and was a frequent speaker at conferences on the topics of LinkedIn and Career Development. Earlier, Andrew work for Wells Fargo for more than 11 years. He also served as Vice Chair of their National Diversity and Inclusion council for three years.
Andrew holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing from California State University Northridge. He is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator, with several training credentials. Andrew is certified AIRS recruiter, a published author, and he is recognized by LinkedIn as being in the top 1% of recruiters on LinkedIn.
