Ms. Westerberg helped a global insurance company define job accountabilities, providing key management information for workforce planning and meeting their strategic objectives. She assisted a fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) company through benchmarking, and designing reward arrangements to understand why they were paying what they were, and how it should drive engagement and performance.
Ms. Westerberg supported cost review for the US division of an international energy company that needed to reduce cost quickly but in a considerate manner in order to keep the business operating effectively.
Since joining Korn Ferry in, Ms. Westerberg has developed particular expertise areas including job evaluation and work measurement, equal pay, pay and reward structure design and modeling, organizational structural reviews, and organization design.
Although she has worked across numerous sectors including FMCG, industrial, and the public sector, her current focus is the financial services sector, and more specifically insurance.
Ms. Westerberg's work includes senior job evaluations, global pay and reward frameworks and developing new structures in response to market pressures such as regulation and digitization.
Ms. Westerberg holds a bachelor's of science in economics and master's of science in economic history from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has an master's of business administration from the Open University.
Ms. Westerberg is fluent in English, Italian, and Swedish.
