



Anu Zachariah is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry's Leadership Advisory practice in India, where she partners with boards, CEOs, and executive leadership teams to address critical leadership, talent, and organizational challenges that drive business performance.
With over three decades of experience spanning global consulting firms, multinational corporations, and high-growth enterprises, Anu has helped organizations navigate leadership and business challenges associated with growth, transformation, succession, and organizational change. She has extensive expertise in CEO and C-suite assessment and succession, executive assessment and development, leadership and talent strategy, top team effectiveness, executive coaching, organizational culture, and large-scale change transformation.
Anu has worked with organizations across diverse sectors—including technology, banking and financial services, industrials, chemicals, metals and mining, automotive, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and retail—helping them build leadership capability, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and create the conditions for sustained business performance. Her work ranges from advising on critical leadership appointments and succession decisions to designing enterprise-wide leadership development strategies that drive long-term organizational performance.
Anu combines deep expertise in leadership, talent, and organizational effectiveness with a strong understanding of business strategy, enabling her to translate complex leadership challenges into practical, high-impact solutions. She is valued by clients for her ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and facilitate alignment on critical business and talent priorities.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Anu held leadership and consulting roles with Sasken Technologies, McKinsey & Company, Development Dimensions International (DDI), HSBC Bank, the Sanmar Group, and GSK Consumer Healthcare. Across these roles, she led strategic human capital initiatives and partnered with senior leaders across global markets to drive talent strategy, organizational transformation, and culture change.
Anu holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, and is certified in the administration and interpretation of multiple globally recognized leadership assessment methodologies and psychometric instruments.
