As an expert practitioner on a broad range of leadership & talent practices, she has served a diverse portfolio of multinational and Indian organizations across industries. Anu has actively consulted in the areas of performance and succession management, leadership assessment & development, top team effectiveness, transition coaching, top team effectiveness, culture transformation and change management. As the India P&L leader for a global leadership advisory firm, she built an enviable client portfolio and led multi-skilled teams in designing & delivering high impact solutions for clients.
A passionate advocate of building inclusive and human-centric cultures, Anu is recognized for her ability to balance pragmatism and impact orientation with deep appreciation of organizational context in shaping talent philosophy and practices. Her relentless focus in enabling and empowering executives individually and collectively to live their potential with purpose and deliver transformative outcomes has been the hallmark of her client engagement approach, and deeply valued by the clients she has served over the years.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Anu held the position of Chief People Officer and member of the executive leadership team at a product engineering organization wherein she shaped the people and culture transformation agenda at the firm.
Anu has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She is certified in the usage and interpretation of multiple globally recognized psychometric instruments and is a certified leadership development facilitator.
