Anya Weaver is a transformational leader with over two decades of expertise in Leadership and Professional Development. Anya is also a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Champion who focuses on building collaborative and inclusive relationships with her clients and project teams.

Anya is a master facilitator and her other areas of expertise include:; executive coaching, performance management, mentoring, emotional intelligence, change management, succession planning, and continuous improvement.

Anya has experience working with leaders at all levels in a variety of industries including financial services, insurance, retail, communications, non-profit, and technology. In every organization, she has standardized processes and developed and delivered robust leadership development and mentor programs.

Anya has been integral in positively culture shifting organizations through professional development, talent management, and efficacy-based coaching. She consistently builds collaborative relationships and leverages her influence to implement strategies that set individuals up for success and help businesses grow profitably.

Throughout Anya’s career she has numerous certifications in the leadership and professional development field. She adds value to organizations by developing and empowering the unique contribution that everyone brings. She partners with individuals, helping them discover, develop, and deploy their superpowers. Anya has a proven track record of success in effectively leading, managing, and building remote and cross-functional teams.

Anya holds a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and her Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. Additionally, she holds a Change Management Certification from Prosci, and is a Certified Practitioner of MBTI & KF Assessments (KFLS, KF360, Leadership Potential, Learning Agility, Emotional Intelligence, and The Inclusive Leader).
