Principal, PMO Leader, Assessment & Succession and Leadership & Professional Development Practice

As a member of Korn Ferry’s Assessment & Succession and Leadership & Professional Development Practice, Ms. Niven assumes a leadership role in the North America Project Management Office.

Ms. Niven has over a decade of experience in talent management, with a focus around operational efficiencies, assessments and program management. She has a unique ability to connect people to technology and systems, to continually improve the client experience. She’s passionate about working toward the best-case solutions that enable participants to thrive and grow through our assessments & programs.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Niven was director of operations for a global leadership development firm where she oversaw the Operations team and partnered with the Client Engagement team. She’s also worked for a global talent & career management consulting firm and global private investment bank, where her roles focused on project management, client account and vendor management.

Ms. Niven has a B.S in Marketing with a minor in Finance from Providence College.
