Mr. Hubbard is an expert in the field of organization surveys, employee engagement, and change management. Over the past decade he has acted as a trusted advisor to numerous global 1,000 companies, embedding innovative employee engagement solutions.
Through tailored ‘voice of the employee' programs, focused on delivering tangible business outcomes, Mr. Hubbard works with HR leaders and senior executives to develop strategies to strengthen employee engagement, operating effectiveness, and customer relationships. He has led employee survey research programs for dozens of leading organizations across industries and geographies.
Mr. Hubbard has worked in the field of employee and customer insights for over 15 years and leads Korn Ferry's organization and employee survey research division, Insight, in EMEA and represents the region on the division's Global Leadership Team.
Mr. Hubbard work focuses on three key areas. He helps clients implement voice of the employee programs on a global scale, works with executives to develop evidence-based action plans to create more effective work environments and enhance their employer brands, and he connects employee and customer insights to strengthen service delivery.
Mr. Hubbard holds a bachelors of science (honors) in philosophy from University College London.
