Brent has worked with multinational and local organisations in both the US and Asia Pacific and has consulted across a broad spectrum of sectors from high technology and bio-tech to central and local government.

He has worked on a variety of projects from redesigning the reward frameworks for sales-based organisations to developing global remuneration and benefits models for multinationals.

Brent Miller is a Senior Principal based in the Korn Ferry Hay Group’s Auckland office. Brent began his consulting career with Hay Group in New Zealand in 1997, before moving to San Francisco California in 2006.  While based in the US, he managed multinational client relationships and the delivery of worldwide services to U.S. - West Coast multinationals for an international human resources consultancy.

Brent is experienced in global compensation and benefit reviews, executive and Board compensation, Incentive program design global HR due diligence audits/reviews, global benefits policies, expatriate policies and rewards, governance reviews and organisation structure development. More recently he has been engaged in a number of cultural assessment/engagement assignments with multinational clients.

Brent holds a Masters degree with honors in Economics and Statistics from
The University of Auckland, New Zealand.
