Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2021, Camille served as a senior principal in a Chicago based search and advisory firm catering to the real estate, investment, and real asset industries. There, she specialized in executive and c-suite assessment for selection & development, coaching, programmatic development for high potential leaders, and succession. Earlier, she worked at a boutique leadership consulting firm where she honed her skills in assessment center methodology, senior leader selection, and 360 feedback.
Camille completed her Masters and PhD at Northern Illinois University. Her research has focused on the work/family interface, worker motivation, bias, and workplace paranoia.
