Mr. Ichikawa’s primary focus in on Assessment solutions where he listens to the needs of the client, then collaborates with internal team members to devise and deliver the appropriate solution. He can visualize the big picture while working through the required detail that results in successful campaigns.

He has managed complex, multi-workstream solutions, including those that are new or not   well defined. Carl partners with marquee accounts to establish consistent process and procedures that deliver at scale.

Carl enjoys partnering as a mentor to junior colleagues in advisory project management to assist in their development.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Ichikawa was a Senior Account Executive for a major retailer, leading marketing and creative projects for brick-and-mortar and online. He was also a merchandise buyer for several consumer product lines with P&L responsibility. These experiences allow Carl to bring a real-world perspective to his consulting projects.

Carl is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

He volunteers as a board member and is a past president of a local non-profit organization.
