Chris brings more than 10 years experience of developing and building trusted client relationships across the EMEA and Southeast Asia markets .

Chris has built a specialization within the Industrial space, delivering retained engagements from pivotal middle management  up to C-level.

Building firm relationships with both multinational and local clients up to board level, Chris has led numerous business critical and technical assignments for a variety of industry sectors.

He is passionate about leadership and human capital and how organisations effectively attract, retain and deploy talent to gain a competitive advantage.

He started his career in banking for some years in Sweden, before joining a leading executive aviation group, responsible for market growth and client development for the EMEA & Russian  markets for complex transaction values between US$15-60 million.

Chris is educated at Halmstad University Sweden with a Major in Business Administration.

He is bilingual  in Swedish and English, with intermediate German, French, Norwegian and Danish.
