Global Operations Executive

Colleen Fullen is responsible for our global operations team which supports clients from our Talent Delivery Centers and through Global Continuous Improvement & Implementation.

In her role, Ms. Fullen drives account performance and client satisfaction through exceptional delivery, ongoing operational improvements, the introduction of new solutions, and by facilitating the implementation process. Her team ensures consistent and proactive programs and partners closely with account leaders, heads of delivery and project managers to ensure operational excellence.

Ms. Fullen served previously as Korn Ferry's Vice President, Global Implementation and Continuous Improvement, Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition Analytics and before that as the company's Vice President, Operations for North America. She worked to support global solutions accounts with client reporting initiatives like Foresight, the recruitment analytics dashboard she launched in 2012. Ms. Fullen was also tasked with driving Korn Ferry's strategic initiatives and helping to meet its business and revenue goals in the region.

She has also served as the Vice President of Operations for Korn Ferry's consulting division, a role she held shortly after joining the company in June of 2007. Ms. Fullen initially began as a Consulting Director, responsible for delivering talent acquisition consulting services to clients such as Emory and The Irvine Company.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Fullen was a Client Services Director at Kenexa (formerly Webhire) where she managed a team of project managers and software development resources. She was responsible for implementation process and integration consulting, project management and career site development services, as well as daily project operations and resource allocation. During her tenure, she worked with 100+ customers in various industries, helping them implement talent acquisition best practices. Prior to Kenexa, she held multiple Project and Product Engineer positions within AMP, Inc.

Ms. Fullen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
