Ms. de Souza works with organizational strategy experts and engagement teams to deliver custom programs that accelerate the impact that CEOs and C-suite executives can affect during critical points in their career and helps build a legacy of leadership in various industries around the world.

Ms. de Souza has over 10 years of experience in managing all operational aspects of large, global client engagements and has managed development programs for C-suite executives, large-scale global assessment and succession projects, Canadian projects in executive compensation, rewards and benefits working closely with Advisory and Executive Search Consultants to deliver cross-line-of-business projects to clients. Her work has also encompassed project delivery in CXO optimization, and product certifications. 

Ms. de Souza specializes in program management, managing project financials, staffing projects to deliver engagement objectives on time and within budget, effectively utilizing internal shared services and digital platforms.  Ms. de Souza acts as the central point of contact for client and internal teams.  Ms. de Souza has onboarded and mentored project resources to deliver excellence in fast-paced and complex environments.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. de Souza worked with Phillips, Hager & North and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan in Canada and Amex Travel Related Services in Bahrain and Canada.  Her experience includes working with a professional board of directors, the CEO and the executive team.

Ms. de Souza obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University, majoring in Factory Administration and Costing, and has completed the Canadian Securities Course.
