Executive Senior Partner

Damon Grimes is Military. A commissioned officer in the U.S. Army for nine years and the handpicked aide-de-camp for the Commanding General of the 3rd Infantry Division, Damon has a proud record of Military achievement. And for the last 22 years, he’s been successfully placing some of the Military’s top talent into successful jobs across a who’s who of corporate America.

Damon knows business too. His success in both worlds makes him an ideal partner for military veterans transitioning to the business world. His tenacity and the detailed approach to his craft separate him from the competition. TAP/GPS officers throughout the East Coast know Damon well and provide him with important information about the candidates with whom he works.

But he doesn’t stop there. Damon continuously makes base visits, reviews performance evaluations, and asks extensive and very detailed questions. He encourages those who have delayed college to get back on the education track, knowing that a 2- or 4-year degree can make a big difference for a veteran seeking civilian employment. In the end, he seeks to place those who boast transcendent skills and experience in Engineering, Production, Technology, Electrical, Electronics, Maintenance and Management.

He knows that top military talent will command highly attractive offers. U.S. companies are increasingly turning to veterans as a top source of highly qualified candidates. They bring maturity, reliability, conflict management, and outstanding leadership skills into the boardroom and Damon works diligently to represent his candidates to future employers in the most accurate and comprehensive fashion possible.

His thorough and meticulous approach is reflected in his time spent away from recruiting. He helps manage his family’s equestrian center in Alabama, he manages a youth lacrosse league, and he annually competes in multiple Ironman triathlons and Ultra Marathons.

If you’re in the military and looking to transition into the civilian workforce, it’s time to get in touch with Damon. His preparation and advocacy for his brothers and sisters in the military knows no limits!
