David is a Sr. Principal Consultant for A & S who brings over 20 years of experience lending insight and clarity to help leaders and organizations “raise the game” to achieve optimal individual and team performance.
David is especially passionate about leadership assessment, and he has developed expertise in utilizing psychometric tools and other assessment methodologies to help HR leaders objectively identify their high potential talent and prepare them for career advancement. David’s consulting experiences spans the gamut of business sectors, including Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Oil & Gas, Hospitality, and Private Equity. His coaching engagements include work with C-level executives, EVPs, Executive Directors, General Managers, Vice Presidents, and Senior Directors at organizations ranging from start-ups to Global 50 companies.
Soon after receiving his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, David transitioned his career from private practice to leadership consulting, where has since built a strong consulting and coaching background stemming from his experiences with several top leadership advisory firms.
David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lake Forest College and a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology from Adler University.
