Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2019, Mr. Meintrup has had over 15 years of career coaching experience in top outplacement firms, as well as coached MBAs across four business schools. He has extensive experience working with global job seekers, as well as middle managers and executives working through difficult transitions due to layoffs and relocations.

Mr. Meintrup has a Bachelor degree in Media Communications. After receiving his Master of Arts in Counseling, he discovered career coaching and it has been a passion of his ever since. He is a Certified Career Coach with the Career Coach Institute.
