Mr. Galasko has been managing multi-year talent management projects at client organisations within the FMCG, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing industries, primarily focusing on internal selection and development assessment centres and providing the most suitable resources to clients and leading delivery teams.

Mr. Galasko has helped clients to design and implement their succession management and high-potential identification processes and tools, advising solutions which best fit their needs.

He has been part of numerous assessment projects across EMEA, acting as a trusted advisor in relation to internal or external selection decisions at leadership levels, ranging from entry level leaders to top managers.

Mr. Galasko has almost 20 years’ experience in talent management consulting, leadership assessments and development. He has worked with many Fortune 500 companies within various industries and played an active role in advising around critical succession management decisions. Mr. Galasko also coaches leaders, helping them increase their self-awareness and turning insights into meaningful, development actions.

Currently, Mr. Galasko is based in London, however he has worked extensively across the Middle-East and Central Europe, gaining valuable international and cross-cultural exposure, as well as an understanding and appreciation of cultural differences both at an organisational as well as individual level. 

Mr. Galasko holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology and he also acquired a masters degree in teaching English as a foreign language from the University of Szeged, Hungary.

Mr. Galasko is fluent in English and Hungarian.
