As an instructor of the Adaptive Strategic Execution Program from Duke University, Mr. Bedinger helps participants become more strategic in their role as leaders of change.

Doug is a strong business partner, consultant and coach with over 40 years business experience. He consistently brings individuals, teams, and whole organizations to higher levels of performance. 

Mr. Bedinger’s work experience includes providing freelance organization development consulting services to clients in a variety of industries including utilities, real estate investment, banking, and high-tech software and hardware development companies.  His consulting services have included teambuilding, curriculum development, and organizational change initiatives.

Prior to his consulting work, Mr. Bedinger worked at Pacific Gas and Electric Company in San Francisco.  His roles there included internal organization development consulting, project management, power purchase contract negotiations, and data base development.

Previously Doug worked at the General Electric Company as a gas turbine installation and service field engineer in the GE Technical Services Organization, International Division.

Doug holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organization Development, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.  He is a licensed professional engineer with the State of California, and is a Certified Management Consultant with the Institute of Management Consultants USA.

In all his work, Doug maintains a strong process and people-oriented perspective, with a focus on helping individuals, teams, and whole organizations become more effective, more efficient, and more human in their pursuits.

And when Doug is not working with clients, you might find him on the racquetball court, backpacking in the Sierras, or spending quality time with friends and family.
