Vice President, Client Success
Focusing on clients with significant scale and technology, her role as a Client Success Vice President works to provide consistent leadership and guidance to clients as they transition through the phases of Sales, Solutions, Implementation and Operational Stabilization.
She has been partnering with clients to deliver talent acquisition solutions since 2005, with experience in operational delivery, solution and process design, performance management and project management.
During this time, Emily has worked with clients to design, deliver and implement talent acquisition solutions in 20 countries throughout South Asia, Southeast Asia, North Asia and the Pacific. This experience has provided her with in-depth knowledge regarding the intricacies to establish and operate solutions in the region.
Emily has consulted for clients from a variety of industries including Technology, Banking, FMCG, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and Pharmaceuticals. She has gained a deep understanding of sourcing strategies, performance metrics and governance frameworks that drive the success of talent acquisition teams.
Originally from the US, Emily moved to Asia Pacific in 2001 and has lived and worked across the region, spending nine years in Australia and three years in Malaysia before moving to Singapore in 2014.
Emily attended James Madison University in Virginia, USA where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in Economics.
