In his 20 years of experience prior to Korn Ferry, Mr. Anlar worked as strategy consultant, executive director, board member and CEO in various companies.
As strategy consultant, he served healthcare, telecommunication, financial institutions and manufacturing clients. His expertise includes corporate and competitive strategy design, business process improvement, rapid cost reduction and company valuations.
As executive director, he led and re-designed several departments in a state-owned bank for rapid performance improvements.
As CEO of a manufacturing establishment, he led the company's turnaround efforts and tackled prevailing issues in strategy, sales, business processes and organization.
Mr. Anlar has an MBA degree from the University of Michigan, a pre-MBA degree from University of Maine and a BSc degree in Industrial Engineering from Bogazici University.
He is fluent in English and Turkish, and has working knowledge of German.
