Erin joined Korn Ferry with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources as a business partner and leader. She spent her early career in Manufacturing, and Consumer Packaged Goods industries with Celanese, Chiquita Brands and Pepsi, before moving into global HR leadership roles at Honeywell, Eaton and Dover.
Erin brings a refreshing perspective on the interim business because she also held the roles of client and consultant before taking the Business Development seat. Wearing all three hats has uniquely positioned her as a guide and advisor through interim HR partnerships.
Erin holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Xavier University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
