Flo Falayi is an Associate Client Partner for Korn Ferry in the firm’s Atlanta office.

Dr. Falayi works to activate leadership capabilities and human resources strategies. Responsibilities include the design and development of inclusive leadership programs to help drive employee and stakeholders’ satisfaction, motivation, and retention.

At Korn Ferry, Flo is focused on enabling and guiding organizational leaders and individuals to become better versions of themselves, build stronger, inclusive and effective teams.

In his role, he ensures clients’ needs and potentials are maximized by solving the leadership, talent, growth strategy and development challenges.

Dr. Falayi has a diverse working background spanning North America, Europe and West Africa and leverages research backed psychological principles to address complex leadership and management issues.

He serves as a strategic advisor and coach to executives, leaders, senior leadership teams, and organizations to achieve business transformation goals. An astute inclusion strategist, facilitator, executive coach who designs and delivers innovative programs.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he was a global program manager/principal at a global consulting firm, focusing on leadership development, mentorship, inclusion and cultural transformation. He is a certified Forbes coach, speaker and contributor on leadership development, executive coaching and talent strategies.

Flo holds a PhD in organizational leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, a master’s degree in information systems from Keller Graduate School, bachelors of science in computer information systems from Illinois State University and  bachelors of arts in architecture from University of Ife.

He is a Certified Professional Coach, member of the American Psychology Association, PROSCI, Project Management Institute and the Forbes Coaches Council.
