Serving clients for more than 20 years, Mr. Pirker has built a strong focus related to organizational transformations in operating model design and support function optimization across multiple industries such as consumer, retail, health and telecommunication. Thereby he has supported his clients in Europe, North America, Middle East and Africa.

Prior joining Korn Ferry in 2021, Mr. Pirker worked for one of the leading strategy consulting companies, where he became Partner in 2015 and led for four years the European Organization Strategy team.

Mr. Pirker has driven business critical, strategic  transformation specifically with regards to operating model design and implementation and taking the employees on the transformation journey. Thereby he secures that Business Strategy, Organizational Design, Processes and Technology and People Strategy are well aligned and support each other.

Mr. Pirker hold a Master in International Economic and Business Administration from the University of Innsbruck, (Austria) and studied at the Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Grenoble. He is a member of the Advisory Council for Leadership at the Quadriga University in Berlin and holds the Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master certificate from Scrum.org.
